2000 Toyota Camry radiator smoking?

toyota camry radiator smoking. At first, i thought it was a coolant leak, so I changed the transmission cooler lines which felt soft and brittle. Filled up the radiator with 50/50 coolant and water. Also filled up the radiator reservoir which was

i own a repair shop and you could have one of several problems with it,it could be a sticking thermostat or the cooling fans aren't coming on at all on it,or there may be a problem with a head gasket on it,anytime the cap gets that hot,there's a problem
